An Unsuitable Man, Inara, Brian/Justin, Firefly/QaF crossover

This quirky piece was partially inspired by a desire to write Inara and Justin, as well as Brian/Justin in a futuristic setting. I'm doing it in three short pieces as part of my extra Taming prompts.
Ariel, Alliance Core Worlds, Companion House
"Lao pung yo, nee can chi lai hun yo jing shen," Master Justin said, breezing into the medical bay.
He was wearing a yellow silk kimono with bright red flowers, his slender body moving like a dancer, face eager and intelligent. His youthful appearance didn't jive with running the most prestigious core world’s pleasure house and the rumor he was over five hundred years old.
Inara tried to remain composed despite the fact she was sitting with her legs spread in stirrups, the pink, plump folds of her sex exposed.
He patted her arm. "Blushing, meimei?"
Inara felt that familiar tight feeling in her stomach of attraction, despite knowing he was a lover of men. Justin was an experienced courtesan and had pleasured both men and women before he'd assumed rule of this house. Now he shared himself with only a few special students, all male.
She sighed, hoping he'd never guess the real reason she's run away from his house. "I haven't changed so much from your servant girl," she said.
"No." Justin bent close and kissed her and then squeezed her thigh gently, watching her response.
It was part of testing, but he would never be someone she could be indifferent to.
Her lips parted but then she sagged a moment later, knowing that the tease was only the examination, not real desire on his part.
"So weary after your year of wandering, my Inara," Justin whispered. His fingers dipped in a bowl of honey and he rubbed it over her, spreading her like a delicate fan.
Her head fell back and she regulated her breathing. Enjoy. This is art, like cooking, like calligraphy, dancing and painting.
"I brought disgrace on your house," she said, eyes falling from his gentle blue gaze. She knew she should be concentrating on the body now. On whether he wanted her to come...or not come. Reading his signals. But--
"Yu bun duh!"
"It's not stupid. I'm responsible--"
"And so you took responsibility and now you wander in that gos se ship."
"Serenity is home, as much as your house was home." Pain knotted in her chest. Mal is home. She pushed him aside, practiced, as she'd once been practiced in pushing aside another unsuitable man.
"You're in love!" Justin gave her an enthusiastic kiss and then helped her off the medical bed. "Come to my rooms. We'll share chai and secrets."
Inara reached for a gown and closed it between her full breasts, pulling her long hair out so it fell down her shoulders.
Justin smoothed it. "I want to paint you, meimei. Paint you on the edge of pleasure."
A year ago she would have given him that, let herself navigate the tangled danger zone of a relationship that only lived in her head and then retreated to seclusion for days in the aftermath.
She took his hand and smiled almost naturally. "He's unsuitable."
